The Fourth Annual BooFest at the Ballpark presented by FedStar Credit Union again surpassed all expectations. For the second consecutive year over 3,000 people came filing through the gates of Brazos Valley Bank Ballpark. Trick or treaters were lined up at the gates when the event kicked off and kept the ballpark buzzing throughout the night.

The Fourth Annual BooFest at the Ballpark presented by FedStar Credit Union is set for Sunday, October 30th, 2011. Last year over 3,000 people come through the Brazos Valley Bank Ballpark gates. The Brazos Valley Bombers’ event, which runs from 6-9 pm, is FREE and will include trick-or-treating, games, and costume contests. Candy is provided thanks to our local Kroger stores and Connecting Point Church who have provided tremendous support to ensure the best BooFest this year.

For the second consecutive year, the Brazos Valley Bombers return from Summer Ball Conference as proud award-winners. The team received the “Best Ticket Sales Campaign” award at the Summer Baseball Conference ‘11 Awards Gala Presented by Baseball America over the weekend in Nashville, TN. The Bombers had a season-long campaign of bobbleheads including Angry Birds, Texas A&M women’s basketball head coach Gary Blair, TexAgs front man Billy Liucci, and Candy 95 personality Alli.
